What is Trendsend?
Trendsend is a personal styling service created by EVEREVE, a nation-wide retailer specializing in contemporary women’s clothing. Trendsend brings the styling experience of EVEREVE’s stores to the comfort of your home.
How does Trendsend work?
First we’ll get to know you. You’ll fill out a style profile that tells us about your style, body type, and lifestyle. You’ll also be able to share photos of yourself and link us to your social media profiles. Your expert personal stylist will then create a Trendsend box just for you. You can choose to have Trendsends shipped to you every month, every other month, or quarterly. You can also order an On-Demand Trendsend at any time. On-Demand orders can be shipped to you or picked up at your local EVEREVE store.
Once you receive your items, you decide what you love, and send back anything you don’t. You have 5 days to try everything on before you make purchases or returns. You can submit feedback after each Trendsend, which helps us send you better and better outfits every time!
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! When you share your unique referral link via email, text, or social media, and a friend signs up via your link, you’ll automatically receive a 20% off credit on your next order, once she orders her first box. You can earn unlimited referral credits, however, only one may be applied to an order at a time, and they expire 90 days after being earned. Please sign in to your account to learn more.
Is there a styling fee?
You will be charged a $20 styling fee at the time your order is styled. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, but is applied to any items you choose to purchase. The styling fee on your first order is just $1!
Are there any other fees for Trendsend?
There are no shipping or membership fees for Trendsend. Your styling fee is charged only when a box is styled.
Is there a discount for keeping multiple items?
Yes! Our stylists are experts at curating full outfits, so we know you’ll want to keep several pieces. If you choose to purchase 4 or more items, a 10% discount will be applied to all items purchased.
How can I contact support?
How can I change/reset my password?
To change your password, log into your account, click “Account Information” and select the change password option.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the “Forgot Password” link on the Sign In screen.
What types of payment do you accept?
In order to receive a Trendsend, you must have a valid credit card on file. Because you don’t pay for items until after you receive your Trendsend, we cannot accept debit cards. You may apply an EVEREVE or Trendsend gift card to your purchase, however, gift cards may not be used to pay the $20 styling fee.
What kind of items will I receive?
EVEREVE is a contemporary women’s retailer, with a focus on trendy outfits that fit your busy lifestyle. When you place a Trendsend order, your stylist will curate 2-3 full outfits using the information you shared in your style profile. Trendsends that are shipped to you are styled with 6-8 items. If you choose to pick up your Trendsend in store, we’ll include up to 15 items, including footwear. Do you offer shoes?
You can order shoes with Trendsend Pickup (our in-store version of this service) but unfortunately, we cannot include footwear in our Trendsend delivery orders. You can always shop our shoe collection on evereve.com or by visiting any of our EVEREVE stores.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes XS-XL. Our denim sizes range from 24-32 (U.S. sizes 0-14).
Will you send items that are currently on clearance?
Yes! If you indicate in your style profile you are open to receiving items on clearance your stylist will include them in your Trendsend order when applicable.
When can I expect my Trendsend?
When your order is created, you’ll be able to see an estimated delivery date by logging into your account. If you have signed up for a subscription, your monthly Trendsend will arrive approximately 30, 60, or 90-days after your last subscription order. You can adjust your estimated delivery date at any time before your order is styled.
If you’ve ordered a Trendsend to be picked up in-store, it will be styled on or before the date selected. You will receive an email and a text message when your order is ready to be picked up.
What carrier do you use to ship Trendsend?
We currently ship all Trendsend boxes via United States Postal Service. Most boxes arrive within 1-3 business days of shipment, but please allow up to 3-5 business days. USPS will not require a signature for you to receive your package.
For your convenience, returns are also made via USPS. Drop your return package in your mailbox, at your local postoffice, or any blue USPS collection box.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes. Because we ship USPS, we are happy to ship to residential addresses or post office boxes.
Do you ship abroad?
No. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship Trendsends to territories outside of the U.S., with the exception of APO addresses.
How do I check out?
Once you’ve received your Trendsend, you’ll have 5 days to checkout and postmark any returns. To check out, log into your account on trendsend.com, and CHECK OUT your current order. Indicate which items you love and which didn’t hit the mark, and our stylists will use that information to curate an even better assortment for your next Trendsend box. You can apply a coupon code or gift card at the time of checkout.
Once you have checked out and left feedback…
Delivery orders: Place any return garments in the enclosed envelope with the packing slip and ship your return package back to us using the free shipping label. Please use your local US Post Office carrier to ship back your return.
Pickup orders: Simply bring any returns back to your EVEREVE store.
All returns must be made in new condition with original tags attached. Unless returns meet our policy standards they will not be accepted in-store or, if they were delivered, they will be shipped back to the address on file and you will be billed for the items. EVEREVE reserves the right to charge you for this return shipping.
How do I exchange items in my Trendsend for a different size ?
If your Trendsend was shipped to you, you can request an exchange at checkout for a different size of the same item. Your card will be charged at time of checkout and your exchange will be processed as soon as we receive your returns. Exchanges fall under EVEREVE’s regular return policy: items can be returned within 30 days to be reimbursed to the credit card used at time of purchase.
If your Trendsend was picked up at an EVEREVE store, exchanges are not available at checkout. We recommend adding the item you did receive to your Trendsend checkout if you’d like to take advantage of the keep-4 10% discount. When you bring your returns back to your EVEREVE store, your stylist will process an exchange for you.
When will I be charged?
At the time your Trendsend box is styled, your credit card will be charged a $20 styling fee (effective January 30, 2019). When you check out, your card will be charged for the items kept (plus tax and less your styling fee or any other credits). If you do not check out, your card will be charged when we receive your returns, or after your 5-day try-on period if you do not send the items back.
Can I use my EVEREVE Rewards coupon or EVEREVE gift card toward my Trendsend purchase?
Yes! During self-checkout, you’ll be able to enter up to one coupon code and up to one gift card to be applied to your purchase.
If there is a sale on evereve.com, are those prices reflected in Trendsend purchases?
Unfortunately, evereve.com sales are not currently reflected on Trendsend orders. Please reach out to Trendsend Support via phone or email and we’ll be happy to provide you with a promo code to apply during your self-checkout.
If there is an "in-store only" sale at EVEREVE, are those prices reflected in Trendsend purchases?
No. In-store only sales cannot be applied to Trendsend orders.
How do I request a price adjustment?
We are happy to provide price adjustments on full-priced items purchased within 10 days of the request. You can begin your Price Adjustment request by contacting us at email@example.com. Please include your full name, email address, order number and the name of the product in the request.
If an item was purchased at any discount (including EVEREVE Rewards, birthday coupon, Trendsend keep-4 discount, Trendsend referral discount, after being marked down, during any site-wide sale, or with any other discount), it is not eligible for a price adjustment. If you receive an item that is listed on your packing slip at full price but is marked down before you check out, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to adjust the price before checkout.
Price adjustment requests must be made within 10 calendar days from the original purchase date with the original receipt/order number. We do not offer price-matching of competitors’ pricing or promotions. We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for your approved Price adjustment request to be completed. All Price adjustments will be processed back to the original form of payment.
I changed my mind, how can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order until we begin styling by logging into your account at trendsend.com. If the order is already being styled, please contact Trendsend Support via email at email@example.com, or by phone at 1-877-290-6262. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST. We can cancel delivery orders up until the time of shipment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your Trendsend subscription, login to your Trendsend account and click “Update Frequency.” Select On Demand and click Save. You will still be able to order a box at any time. Please note that any current orders will not be canceled.
How do I change how often I receive my subscription?
If you would like to change your Trendsend subscription, log in to your Trendsend account and click “Update Frequency.” Select the subscription interval that works best for you and click Save.
What is the Trendsend return policy?
All Trendsend items must be returned in new condition and with original tags attached within 5 days of receiving your Trendsend, in order to avoid being charged for all items. We will not be able to accept items that show signs of wear, laundering, or damage. Any items returned in this state will be charged to your credit card and shipped back to your shipping address on file. If you change your mind after purchasing, you have 30 days to return items in the original condition for store credit in the form of a gift card.
Delivery orders: Any returned items that do not meet our policy standards will be charged to your credit card and delivered back to your shipping address on file.
Pickup orders: Any items returned to your EVEREVE store that do not meet our policy standards will not be accepted.
What if I can't fit my returns in the provided envelope?
With Trendsend delivery orders, we provide a return mailer with a pre-paid label already attached. However, some returns with bulkier items may not fit in the mailer. In this case, please cut around the return label on the mailer and tape it to your Trendsend box. You can drop the box at your local post office, or schedule a free USPS pickup here.

Can I purchase a Trendsend gift card?
