What is Trendsend?
Trendsend is a personal styling service created by Evereve, a nation-wide retailer specializing in styling moms. Trendsend brings the styling experience of Evereve’s stores to the comfort of your home.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! When you share your unique referral link via email, text, or social media, and a friend signs up via your link, you’ll automatically receive a 20% off credit on your next order, once she orders her first box. You can earn unlimited referral credits, however, only one may be applied to an order at a time, and they expire 90 days after being earned. Please sign in to your account to learn more.
How does Trendsend work?
First we’ll get to know you. You’ll fill out a style profile that tells us about your style, body type, and lifestyle. You’ll also be able to share photos of yourself and link us to your social media profiles.Your expert personal stylist will then create a Trendsend box just for you. You can choose to receive Trendsends every month, every other month, or quarterly. You can also choose to receive a Trendsend at any time, without signing up for a subscription.
Once you receive your items, you decide what you love, and send back anything you don’t. You have 5 days to try everything on before you check out and make returns. You can submit feedback after each Trendsend, which helps us send you better and better outfits every time!
Is there a styling fee?
Effective January 30th, 2019, you will be charged a $20 styling fee at the time your order is styled. This fee is non-refundable, but is applied to any items you choose to purchase.
Are there any fees for Trendsend?
There are no subscription fees or shipping fees with Trendsend. At the time of your order, your credit card will be charged a $20 styling fee (effective for ordes styled on or after January 30, 2019. Once you decide what you want to keep from your Trendsend, this fee is credited to your final invoice. If you do not keep any items, the $20 styling fee is not refunded.
Is there a discount for keeping multiple items?
Yes! Our stylists are experts at curating full outfits, so we know you’ll want to keep several pieces. If you choose to purchase 4 or more items, a 10% discount will be applied to all items purchased (effective January 30th, 2019).
How can I contact support?
How can I change/reset my password?
To change your password, log into your account, click “Account Information” and select the change password option.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the “Forgot Password” link on the Sign In screen.
What can I expect in my box?
What kind of items will I be sent?
Evereve is a contemporary women’s retailer, with a focus on trendy clothing that fits a busy mom’s lifestyle. Your stylist will curate 2-3 full outfits using the information you shared in your style profile. Each Trendsend contains 6 items of clothing. Do you offer shoes?
We currently do not send shoes in our Trendsend boxes. You can find our shoe collection by visiting one of our Evereve stores or shopping with us at evereve.com.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes XS-XL. Our denim sizes range from 24-32 (U.S. sizes 0-14).
Will you send items that are currently on clearance?
Yes! If you indicate in your style profile you are open to receiving items on clearance your stylist will include them in your Trendsend order when applicable.
Getting started and shipping
When can I expect my Trendsend?
Upon order placement, you’ll see an estimated arrival date of your Trendsend from the My Orders tab of your Trendsend account. Shipping timeframes may vary by store. If you have signed up for a subscription, your monthly Trendsend will arrive approximately 30, 60, or 90-days after your last subscription order.
What carrier do you use to ship Trendsend?
We currently ship all Trendsend boxes via United States Postal Service. Most boxes arrive within 1-3 business days of shipment, but please allow up to 3-5 business days. USPS will not require a signature for you to receive your package.
For your convenience, returns are also made via USPS. Drop your return package in your mailbox, at your local postoffice or any blue USPS collection box.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes. Because we ship USPS, we are happy to ship to residential addresses or post office boxes.
Do you ship abroad?
No. Unfortunately we do not currently ship Trendsends to territories outside of the U.S., with the exception of APO addresses.
How do I checkout?
Once you’ve received your Trendsend, you’ll have 5 days to checkout and postmark any returns. To check out, log into your account on Trendsend.com, and click “Checkout” next to your current order. Indicate which items you love and which didn’t hit the mark, and our stylists will use that information to curate an even better assortment for your next Trendsend box. You can apply a coupon code or gift card at the time of checkout.
Once you have checked out and left feedback, place all of your unwanted garments in the enclosed return envelope with the packing slip and ship your return package back to us using the free shipping label. Please use your local US Post Office carrier to ship back your return.
All returns must be made in new condition with original tags attached. If clothing has been worn, you will be billed for the item(s) and the garment(s) will be sent back to you. Evereve reserves the right to charge you for this return shipping.
When will I be charged?
At the time your Trendsend box is styled, your credit card will be charged a $20 styling fee (effective January 30, 2019). When you check out, your card will be charged for the items kept (plus tax and less your styling fee or any other credits). If you do not check out, your card will be charged when we receive your returns, or after your 5-day try on period if you do not send items back.
Can I use my Evereve Rewards coupon or Evereve gift card toward my Trendsend purchase?
Yes! During self-checkout, you’ll be able to enter up to one coupon code and up to one gift card to be applied to your purchase.
If there is a sale on evereve.com, are those prices reflected in Trendsend purchases?
Unfortunately, evereve.com sales are not currently reflected on Trendsend orders. Please reach out to Trendsend Support via phone or email and we’ll be happy to provide you with a promo code to apply during your self-checkout.
If there is an "in-store only" sale at Evereve, are those prices reflected in Trendsend purchases?
No. In-store only sales cannot be applied to Trendsend orders.
Updating or cancelling your subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your Trendsend subscription, login to your Trendsend account and click “Preferences” on the upper-right hand menu. Under Subscription, drop down the menu to select “Cancel Your Current Subscription”, and then click “Update” to save your changes.
How do I change how often I receive my subscription?
If you would like to change your Trendsend subscription, login to your Trendsend account click “Preferences” on the upper-right hand menu. Under Subscription, drop down the menu to select your preferred subscription timing. Click Update to save. Your next subscription order will be timed back to your last subscription order.
If you’d like an On-Demand box in-between scheduled shipments, you can always place your order from the “My Orders” tab of your account. On-Demand orders will not affect the regular timing of your subscription schedule.
Returns and exchanges
What is the Trendsend return policy?
All Trendsend items must be returned in new condition and with original tags attached within 5 days of receiving your box, in order to avoid being charged for all items. We will not be able to accept items that show signs of wear, laundering or damage. Any items returned in this state will be charged to your credit card and shipped back to your shipping address on file. If you change your mind after purchasing, you have 30 days to return items in original condition for store credit in the form of a physical or electronic gift card.
How do I exchange items in my Trendsend for a different size or color?
If you would like your items in a different size or color, simply send back the items that you do not want with the rest of your returns. When checking out for your order, please indicate in your feedback that you would like to exchange, and include the size and/or color you would like. When we receive your returns, we’ll charge you for the item, and ship your exchange right away. Email us at email@example.com for more information.
Can I return or exchange items in an Evereve store?
Yes! Once your order has been billed, you can return or exchange items at an Evereve store. Once items have been purchased, you have 30 days to return for store credit or exchange for another item, as long as the returned item is in original condition with all tags attached.
I changed my mind, how can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your active order in the “My Orders” tab of your Trendsend account. If the order is already being styled, please contact Trendsend Support via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 1-877-290-6262. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST. We can cancel an order up until the time of shipment.
Can I purchase a Trendsend gift card?
